Meet Jeff, Founder and President
Jeff brings 35 years of experience across fire services, emergency medical services (EMS), and healthcare to Emergency Preparedness Institute, Ltd. Co. His background connects emergency response with the daily challenges of hospital operations, giving him a practical perspective on protecting patients, supporting staff, and maintaining essential services during disruptions.
A Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP), Jeff works in hospital operations and co-chairs his hospital’s Emergency Management Committee. He also teaches Incident Command System courses, helping learners apply a structured approach to managing emergencies.
Through EPI, Jeff provides personalized emergency planning, education, exercises, and consulting for healthcare organizations. His approach emphasizes clear plans, realistic training, and achievable improvements tailored to each client’s needs and resources.
